Initial Consultation
It’s important you find a therapist who is the right fit for you. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to learn a bit about what you’re hoping to address in therapy and to determine if we might be a good fit.
Appointments
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. Together, we'll determine a pace that supports your goals and allows for meaningful growth. Most clients start with weekly sessions so we can build connection, deepen understanding, and practice new ways of responding to life's challenges. Over time, many transition to every other week as they feel more grounded and confident carrying those changes into everyday life.
Appointments are offered via telehealth and in-person. In-person sessions are available on Thursdays.
For children and teens, I offer in-person sessions only because relationship is at the heart of change. Over the years, I've found that being together in the room is essential for building trust, noticing the subtle cues that often get missed on a screen, and creating the kind of connection that supports lasting change. Play, movement, creativity, and shared experiences are all important parts of the work we do together.

I believe therapy should be accessible for all so I offer a limited number of spots on a sliding scale. Please reach out if the cost of therapy is prohibitive and we can explore options.
Payment:
I accept cash, check, and credit card.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance at this time.
I am “out-of-network” with all health insurance plans. However, I can provide you with a “superbill” that you may submit to your insurance company for personal reimbursement for services rendered. Some health insurance companies/PPO insurance plans will reimburse their members for mental health services. Please call your insurance company to verify the specifics of your coverage.
Questions to ask your insurance company:
Does my insurance cover mental health services with an "out-of-network" provider?
What is my deductible? Has it been met?
Is a referral required from my primary health physician?
How many session per year does my health insurance plan cover?
