I specialize in trauma-informed, neurodiverse-affirming care
rooted in the science of the nervous system and attachment.
My approach is personalized to each client, drawing from attachment theory, nervous system-informed practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), play therapy, and expressive therapies.

What individual therapy is like with me
Whether it's a meltdown, avoidance, aggression, perfectionism, withdrawal, or refusal, I don't see behavior as the problem. I see it as information (though I totally get how HARD it is when you're living it!).
Together, we'll figure out what your child's behavior is communicating and what their nervous system is asking for. From there, we can build practical tools that help you and your child stay rooted through big feelings and rise into greater confidence, resilience, and connection.
Parents are an essential part of this process. Together, we'll get curious and grow in understanding of what's happening beneath the surface so you can respond in ways that enable you to feel more confident and clearer in what to do, more easily move through challenging moments, and strengthen your relationship instead of getting stuck in power struggles.
With your kids, I'll support them in processing their experiences, building awareness of the signals their body is sending, learning what those signals mean and what to do with them, and ultimately developing the confidence and trust in themselves to navigate the world and their relationships with greater resilience.
